SHIPPING
Orders processed by 2:30PM Eastern Standard Time Monday to Friday will be shipped within 24 hours, unless the products are on the back order. Please be aware that our shipping options are offered for weekday delivery only.

PRICING
All prices are subject to change without prior notification. We are not responsible for misprints or out of stock items.

INTERNATIONAL
All duties, taxes, and shipping rates associated with international shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGE
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, including any charges incurred for COD orders, Saturday delivery or shipments that are refused. Shipping and Handling Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Oversized items and some destinations may be subject to additional charges.

RETURN POLICY:

1. We will gladly replace any item that does not meet with your total satisfaction.

2. Returns will be accepted only with a valid RMA number.

3. Requests for an RMA number must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. A detailed reason for the return must be included. If the return is computer related, you must give the make and model of the computer system the part/item was intended for.

4. You can request an RMA number by emailing us at return@coyoteadapter.com

5. All returns must be received within 10 days of the date of issue of the RMA number.

6. Make sure the RMA number appears clearly on the outside of the package. You MUST include a copy of your original invoice. You MUST include the RMA number. You MUST include a detailed reason for the return. Finally, you MUST state whether it is a credit return or exchange.

7. All products must be returned 100% complete, including all of the original packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards, and any other accessories provided by the manufacturer.

8. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.

9. We recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged in transit. We also recommend you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. Remember to keep your tracking number.

10. Please allow us two weeks to refund your money. Shipping and Handling Fees are not refundable, with the exception of orders incorrectly shipped by Coyote Adapter.

11. For replacements, once the Returns Department has received your defective product, Coyote Adapter will immediately ship your replacement to the same address as the original order, depending on the item availability.

12. There will be a 20% restocking fee for non-refused order returns. (Except for damaged orders or if the wrong part is sent. i.e. fault of Coyote Adapter. In this case no charge will be given.)

REFUSE SHIPMENT:

The quickest way for us to be able to handle a return for you is for you to accept delivery and then contact us about sending the item back. When you follow this procedure we can credit your account in just a few days. If you refuse shipment the product goes back to the delivery company and might not get back to us for 2 or 3 weeks.

If you refuse shipment, your shipping cost will still not be refunded, it will only delay your credit for your purchase. On all shipments to customers, we incur shipping and handling costs. Of course, if the shipment is a result of an Coyote Adapter error, we will issue a credit for all shipping and handling fees, and for the product once it is returned to Coyote Adapter.

If through no fault of Coyote Adapter the shipment is refused, we will charge your account these outbound shipping and handling fees to recover the expenses we incurred. We also reserve the right to impose a 20% restocking fee.

PAYMENT POLICY:

Coyote Adapter gladly accepts Credit Cards, Paypal, Personal Checks, and Money Orders on our secure shopping cart.

Credit Cards:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and DiscoverCard. Please enter your credit card number carefully at the checkout. Credit cards are billed as soon as your order is placed.

Personal Checks:

We reserve the right to wait until your personal check has cleared at the bank before processing your order. Please write down your order number on your check so that we can match it with your order. Any checks not identified will be returned.

Money Orders:

We will approve all money orders upon receipt. All money orders must have your order number on them or will be returned to the sender. There will be a 20% restocking fee for non-refused order returns. (Except for damaged orders or if the wrong part is sent. i.e. fault of coyoteadapters.com. In this case no charge will be given.)
